100% WINNERS... IN YOUR DREAMS
There is no such thing as a sure thing, unless it is a one horse race
or the race is fixed. Yes, I have seen a one horse race (no betting).
Though some races seam to have been fixed, every horse who wins a race
does have some advantage over the other contenders in that race, other-
wise that horse would not have WON. Even in a match race (two horses)the
average WIN is 50%.

100% WINNER AT THE TRACK
People who are 100% winners at the track, are those who did not bet.

RACING SECRETARY
The work it takes to put a particular race together by the track's racing
secretary is highly complex, many eyes of all levels including government
watch dogs are upon him .. so the chances of having a fixed race are slim
to none. Anyone doing dishonest practice at the track is suspended or is
in jail. So that puts us back to fixed races are slim to none.

JOCKEYS
If you are a Jockey player, one of the biggest mistakes that is often
made is, when none of the top well known Jockeys are in the race, the
race is often passed up, WHY. If you play the top jockey in that race you
would have same results, as if you were playing one of the top well known
Jockeys in another race.
Keep in mind that a Jockey with one of the lower rating start getting
their ratings in these kind of races, they are often over looked, good
prices can be had.
Jockeys do not know if they are going to win any particular race, most
of the time.

TRAINERS
Trainers are the brains behind any strategies for the future of any
horse's success, including their own. Trainers will often hide the true
ability of a horse and then ZAP you when you are not looking.... by that
time it is too late to cash in. This happens often with horses who are
coming off long lay-off's, track shifts, surface changes, hidden works,
Etc.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MISTAKE
A mistake becomes a mistake when more data is given to you after a choice
has already been made or acted upon, because once you have that new data you choice would be different.
Sincerely ... Kep, "The
Handicapper"
