Pacific Time, Depending on how many races are being handicapped, changes I am
making to archive maximum best contenders for each RACE TYPE and TRACK.
The GOAL of this site is to provide Horses, that will give the
best effort to win or be in the money. You will increase your
WIN / PLACE percentage using contenders provided by this site.
As a Member, you will find these selections are successful in hitting it's share of
Exacts, Trifectas, Quinella's, DD's, Pick 3's, Pick 4's, Pick 6's, Place Pick All's and Betting Strategies Involving Parleys. Handicapping 4 Horses is
better than Handicapping 6 to 20 Horses!!
I have had several requests to have more
choices for long and shore term memberships,
here is what I came up with.
Choices of Memberships are based from Wednesday to Sunday, Monday if Holiday,
because most major tracks are dark on Mondays and Tuesdays. I provide 5 days
a week of full card racing selections.
for any two ( 2 ) days between Wednesday to Saturday
The free picks are not to show how good my selections are. You can find out how good
my picks are by going to the past 10days performance page.
The reason for the free picks are for you to make more then enough money to pay
the $30.00 for 1 month membership; it would be like getting the entire month free.
Assuming all of my free tracks were normal; none of them had a (RARE BAD DAY)
and you did not make any money using my picks; then surf my site. There are several
pages that can point you in the right direction of learning how to bet and money
management. I do provide the contenders who will give the best effort to
win or be in the money.
Learning how to bet properly is the most important aspect of playing the
horses. You can not avoid it if you want your bank roll to survive at the end of
the day.
Possible Long Shots Race Win, Place, Show.
Please note percent number at end of RACE HEADER ( race number, Track,
Distance, {T} or {D} Race Type then .#% ).
Example: 6 HOL 1 1/16 {D} ALW .22%
My rules for the percentage at the end of the RACE HEADER are:
1. Depends how many Long-Shots there are in the race at what price.
2. Morning Line odds of 6/1 and above are considered in the formula.
3. Percentage is 15% or greater. Favorites are best at below 15%.
4. 7 or more runners in the race. Good price values are found in large fields.
5. Most Maidens are skipped.
The formula then calculates the Probability a Long-Shot will WIN or pay a
good PLACE or SHOW price, the higher the percentage the better chance a Long-Shot
will be in the money.
If you like you can look at the percentage as the Probability the favorite will
lose in either case it's a good tool. Check my past performance pages to see how
often the tool could have paid off for you.
Keep in mind; I may or may not have the Long-Shots in question that is what this
tool is all about, it helps to gives you that extra courage to USE some Long-Shots
outside of my picks; even then you never know what flesh and blood will do. Keep
the outside Long-Shots; between 5/1 to 12/1, anything higher than 12/1 does win
however not often enough to wager on them on a regular basis.
Example: In the 2 examples below I did not have the Long Shots and my Percentage
showed 40+.
Turfway park 02/26/10 race 12 flagged as 40% tri paid $6,409 and the super tri paid $14,322
Turfway park 02/17/10 race 4 flagged as 41% tri paid $28,426 and the super tri paid $233,368
The Tool goes invalid if there are a few scratches that can effect the dynamics
of the race, then Long-Shots can easily become favorites or post time 4/1 or less.
